Baxter the Boar is the proud guardian of St Andrews’ history, traditions, and natural beauty. Strong, loyal, and always ready for adventure, Baxter brings his friends together whenever there’s something new to discover.
His family has lived around the town for generations — ever since the ancient days when the boar first appeared on the town’s coat of arms. Baxter takes great pride in that heritage, but what matters most to him is friendship and looking after the place he calls home.
You’ll often find Baxter strolling across the famous links, exploring the dunes, or sharing stories with his friends about the history of the town.
Sometimes a little blustery and occasionally overconfident, Baxter always leads with kindness — reminding everyone that the best adventures are the ones shared together.
