At the heart of the team is Baxter, a thoughtful and kind-hearted wild boar who loves nothing more than a walk along the links with his friends. Alongside him you’ll meet Rory the Rabbit, always curious and full of energy, Sandy and his sister Shore, the seals, who enjoys watching the waves from the harbour.
Gary the Gull and his adorable gang of fun loving gulls – The McGulligans. Erin the Heron, who sees the town from high above, and several other familiar faces who share the same special place by the sea.
In addition we have Skye the red squirrel who is always curious and Dougie the Deer who offers much needed wisdom.
Each character has their own personality, favourite places, and little quirks — but they are all brought together by friendship, kindness, and a love of the town they live in.
Their stories celebrate the spirit of St Andrews: its coastline and wildlife, its long traditions, and the joy of sharing adventures together.
Below you can explore each character in more detail — discovering who they are, what they enjoy, and how they fit into the world of Baxter and his friends.
